The Series 7 Smith Machine is probably the most versatile and best value for money/ quality smith machine on the UK market. Ordinarily I (Pete) am not a huge lover of Smith Machines, and usually recommend a power rack over a regular smith machine.... until now. The Bodysolid series 7 Smith machine combines a far more ergonomic motion by moving at 7 degrees to the vertical, so an excellent Smith Machine. With the added benefit of a "gun rack" and adjustable safety rails, allowing completely free weight squats and pressing (when used with bench) to be performed safely with or without a spotter.

We suggest you allow at least 9ft by 9ft floorspace and over 83" in height to accomadate and successfully use this package.
